Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. Lessons are conducted primarily in Spanish to create a true immersion experience. English is used sparingly and intentionally — only when it supports comfort or clarity
-
Children naturally begin understanding through songs, visuals, gestures, and repetition. Even beginners quickly start responding and using Spanish words and phrases on their own.
-
Each session blends storytelling, music, movement, and play-based activities. Lessons flow naturally between structured language moments and creative exploration, so children stay engaged and curious.
-
Yes! Families receive simple follow-up ideas — songs, mini-activities, or vocabulary to reinforce at home — always optional and fun.
LEARNING PHILOSOPHY
-
Our approach is rooted in natural language acquisition — children learn best through meaningful interaction, not memorization. We prioritize communication, curiosity, and connection.
-
We meet each child where they are. Visuals, modeling, and repetition ensure even first-time learners feel confident and included from the start.
-
Success is measured through authentic use — when children begin to speak, respond, and think in Spanish. We celebrate milestones through conversation, not tests.
SETTING & SAFETY
-
Lessons are held inside your home in a child-friendly space such as a playroom, living area, or outdoor setup if weather allows.
-
An adult must be in the home during the lesson, but doesn’t need to be in the same room. Parents are always welcome to observe or participate if they wish.

Small groups (typically 1 but up to 3) ensure personalized attention and meaningful language interaction.
SCHEDULING & ENROLLMENT
-
Families can choose from set weekly sessions or create a custom schedule based on availability.
-
While it’s encouraged to book by the month, it’s not required. Each month’s lessons are thematic, meaning all activities, songs, and vocabulary connect to that month’s topic (like animals, colors, or family).
If you choose to book random weeks instead of the full month, your child will join in on whatever theme we’re exploring that week. Please note that lessons do not pick up where your child left off — each week stands alone as a fun and engaging learning experience.
Remember, Spanish Sprinkles Club offers just a sprinkle of Spanish — playful exposure through songs, stories, and hands-on activities. Each class is a joyful experience on its own!
